This Privacy Policy explains how Laser Guided Marketing (“Laser Guided Marketing,” “LGM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, submit a form, communicate with us, use one of our services, interact with an AI-powered system, receive a call, text message, or email from us, or otherwise engage with Laser Guided Marketing.

Our services may use artificial intelligence, automated workflows, customer relationship management software, website chat systems, advertising pixels, cookies, call tracking, email, SMS/MMS messaging, AI-generated voices, call recording, transcription, appointment scheduling, lead follow-up, database reactivation, and related technologies.

2. Our Role When Handling Personal Information

Information Collected for Laser Guided Marketing

When you visit our website, request information, book an appointment, purchase a service, communicate with us, or otherwise interact directly with Laser Guided Marketing, we generally determine why and how your personal information is processed.

Laser Guided Marketing may also provide CRM, AI receptionist, AI voice, chatbot, lead follow-up, speed-to-lead, database reactivation, marketing automation, appointment scheduling, and communication services on behalf of client businesses.

In those situations, the client business generally determines why personal information is collected and how it will be used. Laser Guided Marketing acts as a service provider, contractor, or processor for the client, subject to the applicable service agreement and client instructions.

Privacy requests concerning information we process solely for a client may need to be directed to that client. We may forward the request to the appropriate client or assist the client in responding.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Technologies

Laser Guided Marketing may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, speech recognition, voice synthesis, automated decision support, and workflow automation.

These technologies may be used to:

  • Answer website questions.
  • Respond to inbound telephone calls.
  • Place authorized outbound calls.
  • Generate human-like or synthetic speech.
  • Transcribe and summarize conversations.
  • Identify the general purpose or intent of an inquiry.
  • Collect contact and appointment information.
  • Schedule or request appointments.
  • Route inquiries to a business owner or staff member.
  • Draft or send authorized follow-up communications.
  • Organize CRM records and trigger automated workflows.
  • Recommend next actions for review by an authorized user.

Information submitted to an AI-powered feature may be processed by Laser Guided Marketing, HighLevel, telecommunications providers, AI technology providers, and other subprocessors necessary to provide the service.

AI systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unexpected responses. AI-generated information should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.

Unless separately disclosed and legally permitted, we do not intend to use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, or eligibility for essential services.

Where appropriate, you may ask to communicate with a human representative rather than continuing with an AI system.

7. AI Calling, Synthetic Voices, and Automated Calls

AI Calling Notice: Some inbound or outbound calls may be answered, initiated, supported, or conducted using an artificial intelligence system, automated assistant, synthetic voice, or prerecorded voice technology.

Inbound AI Calls

When you call Laser Guided Marketing or a client business using our services, the call may be answered by an AI receptionist or AI voice agent. The AI system may answer questions, collect information, determine the purpose of the call, route the call, request an appointment, or initiate an authorized workflow.

Outbound AI Calls

Laser Guided Marketing or a client using our services may place an outbound call using an AI-generated, artificial, synthetic, or prerecorded voice where the call is permitted by law and the required consent, authorization, or exemption applies.

Outbound calls may concern an inquiry, appointment, requested callback, service request, customer relationship, reminder, follow-up, lead response, database reactivation campaign, or marketing communication.

Disclosure and Identification

Where required, the system will identify the business responsible for the call and disclose that the caller or answering system is automated or AI-powered.

We do not authorize AI calling systems to impersonate a specific real person, misrepresent the identity of the calling business, or intentionally mislead a recipient regarding the automated nature of a communication.

Consent for AI Calls

We seek to place AI-generated, artificial-voice, prerecorded, automated, or marketing-related calls only when the call is permitted by applicable law and any required consent has been obtained.

Consent to receive marketing calls is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless expressly permitted by law. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by telling the caller to stop, using an available opt-out method, or contacting us using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal. We may retain limited suppression information to ensure that a do-not-call or opt-out request continues to be honored.

Human Assistance

During an AI-powered call, you may request a human representative. A human representative may not always be immediately available. The AI system may collect your contact information and request that an authorized person return your call.

No Emergency Use

AI calling systems and automated communication services should not be used for emergency communications. In an emergency, call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

8. Call Recording, Transcription, and Conversation Analysis

Telephone calls may be monitored, recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed for customer service, quality assurance, training, documentation, appointment scheduling, lead management, security, dispute resolution, and service improvement.

A recording or transcription may include your voice, telephone number, questions, requests, appointment information, service interests, and other information you provide during the call.

Where required by applicable law, we or the applicable client will provide a recording or monitoring disclosure and obtain the legally required consent before recording or transcribing the call.

In jurisdictions where continuing a call after receiving a clear disclosure constitutes consent, continuing the conversation may indicate consent to the disclosed recording or transcription. Where affirmative consent is required, we will seek that consent as required by law.

You may tell the caller or system that you do not want the call recorded. Depending on the purpose of the call and available system capabilities, the recording may be stopped, the call may be transferred, an alternative communication method may be offered, or the call may need to end.

We do not use voice recordings to create biometric voiceprints or identify individuals through biometric voice recognition unless that use is separately disclosed and any required consent has been obtained.

9. Email, SMS, MMS, and Telephone Communications

When you provide contact information, submit a form, request a callback, schedule an appointment, begin a chat, make an inquiry, or otherwise consent to communications, we or an authorized client may contact you by telephone, email, SMS, MMS, voicemail, or other communication method.

Communications may be sent manually or using automated technology, including automated workflows, dialing technology, prerecorded messages, or AI-generated voices, where legally permitted.

Text Message Terms

  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages.
  • Reply HELP for assistance when supported.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications that are necessary to complete a transaction, respond to a request, provide a requested service, communicate about an account, confirm an appointment, or satisfy a legal obligation.

Mobile Information and Messaging Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers that support messaging, customer service, telecommunications, CRM operations, fraud prevention, technical support, or other services necessary to deliver requested communications.

All other categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Email Opt-Out

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the email. We may continue to send account, service, transaction, security, or legally required communications.

Telephone Opt-Out

You may ask us not to place further marketing calls to your number. We may retain your telephone number on a suppression or do-not-call list to honor the request.

10. Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, scripts, tags, local storage, session replay technologies, call-tracking tools, and similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

  • Operate and secure our websites.
  • Remember preferences and form information.
  • Measure website traffic and user interactions.
  • Determine whether advertising produced a visit, lead, call, appointment, or purchase.
  • Understand which pages, offers, or campaigns are most effective.
  • Prevent fraud and maintain website security.
  • Personalize website content and advertising.
  • Build audiences for advertising or retargeting.
  • Limit repetitive advertising.

Types of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • Essential Technologies: Necessary for website operation, security, forms, appointments, and requested services.
  • Functional Technologies: Remember preferences and improve website features.
  • Analytics Technologies: Help us understand website use and campaign performance.
  • Advertising Technologies: Help measure advertising, create audiences, and deliver more relevant advertising.

Pixels and tracking technologies may transmit online identifiers, IP addresses, device information, page activity, advertising interactions, and conversion events to analytics or advertising providers.

You can manage cookies through available cookie controls, browser settings, device settings, advertising platform settings, or recognized opt-out preference signals. Blocking cookies may affect certain website functions.

Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.

12. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Laser Guided Marketing does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

However, some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Under those definitions, allowing advertising or analytics providers to collect online identifiers and browsing activity through cookies or pixels may be considered a sale, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of these activities.

To submit a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out request, contact us at: [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out Request,” or call (702) 997-1520.

Where legally required and technically supported, we process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device transmitting the signal.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

13. Data Retention

17. Nevada Privacy Rights
